"I had an issue with my grapple bucket. I called April 15th about my issue, I talked to Alan Russell who helped me with the process he was very helpful and respectful it took pride in his job and his company and their product he told me that he would send me a new part on April 17th it arrived I would recommend Blue Diamond Attachments to anybody that asked me they were very respectful and honest which I don't see much anymore I'm thankful for helping me. I would buy from them any other time thank you."
